Our classes are suitable for children, adults and seniors of all fitness levels. We even have classes to cater for specific health groups.

Abs Butts Thighs (ABT)

  • A low intensity work out designed to target the abs, butt’s and thighs.

Aquarobics

  • Exercise in water is a great way to improve fitness and to burn those unwanted calories
  • The reduced gravity allows for reduced impact on the body, with the added advantage of pushing against the resistance of the water

Body Balance

  • A yoga based stretch class designed to contemporary music
  • Aims to increase mobility and flexibility
  • Ideal for all ages and fitness levels
  • A Les Mills pre-choreographed class

Body Combat

  • A mind/body, martial arts based class incorporating Karate, Tai Chi and boxing principles
  • Low impact class, requires no coordination and is sure to get your heart rate going
  • Suitable for all ages with moderate fitness level
  • Great for stress reduction
  • Great fat burner
  • A Les Mills pre-choreographed class

Body Pump

  • Warning, it will change the shape of your body
  • A non-impact class designed to give a complete workout using barbells and weights to music
  • Focus on correct lifting techniques, use of light weights and high repetitions which will give a well toned and lean body
  • A simple but very effective workout for all ages and fitness levels
  • A Les Mills pre-choreographed class

Body Step

  • This class challenges the fit class member and is easy to follow for the beginner
  • Instructors show all possible options for each move so you can feel comfortable that they are training at their own pace and getting the results they personally need
  • A Les Mills pre-choreographed class

Body Vive

  • Body Vive is ideally suited to all levels of fitness, especially first time exercisers and deconditioned participants returning to exercise
  • Provides a full body workout with warm-up, heart fitness and functional strength blocks concluding with some core and restorative exercises
  • Body Vive balls and tubes are used for some of the tracks to offer different ways of working and optional intensity levels
  • A Les Mills pre-choreographed class

Cardio-boxing

  • Circuit incorporates some traditional boxing equipment with basic exercise stations such as skipping, shuttle runs, sit ups
  • A cross-training format
  • Requires no coordination and is sure to get your heart rate going
  • Great for stress reduction after a hard day at work

Circuit

  • Suitable for the ‘first timers’ and to the regular gym users
  • The circuits involve moving through a series of stations, with non complicated variations.
  • Workouts utilise body weight, boxing stations and power and strength variations
  • Relatively low coordinated workout with the choice to select intensity

Circuit - Junior

  • Junior circuits are designed to target school aged children
  • Relatively low coordinated workouts and intensity to suit all levels of fitness
  • Aimed to increase activity levels and reducing obesity in children
  • Parents are most welcome to join in the fun of this class and interact with their children

Exerkids

  • An exercise class for children aged 5 - 12 years. Children are taught the fundamentals of leading a healthy lifestyle. Regular fitness testing and encouragement given to all children.

Freestyle Aerobics

  • A good workout for the regular exerciser wanting to improve or maintain fitness.
  • A solid cardiovascular class with both high and low impact moves as well as muscle conditioning.
  • Contains some power walking and/or running.
  • Hand weights may be used.

Hi-lo aerobics

  • A combination of high and low intensity aerobics. Great for fat burning and toning.

R.P.M.

  • Self-regulated cycle gearing, seat and handlebar heights makes R.P.M. appealing to men and women of all levels of physical condition
  • An unforgettable cycling experience aimed at improving your aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength
  • Music driven terrain pushes your body to burn calories and tighten your frame
  • No competitive pressure and you set your own workout pace
  • A Les Mills pre-choreographed class

Teen Circuit

  • An exercise class for teenagers held upstairs in our fully equipped circuit area
