Our classes are suitable for children, adults and seniors of all fitness levels. We even have classes to cater for specific health groups.

Body Vive
- Body Vive is ideally suited to all levels of fitness, especially first time exercisers and deconditioned participants returning to exercise
- Provides a full body workout with warm-up, heart fitness and functional strength blocks concluding with some core and restorative exercises
- Body Vive balls and tubes are used for some of the tracks to offer different ways of working and optional intensity levels

- Circuit incorporates some traditional boxing equipment with basic exercise stations such as skipping, shuttle runs, sit ups
- A cross-training format
- Requires no coordination and is sure to get your heart rate going
- Great for stress reduction after a hard day at work
- Suitable for the ‘first timers’ and to the regular gym users
- The circuits involve moving through a series of stations, with non complicated variations.
- Workouts utilise body weight, boxing stations and power and strength variations

- Junior circuits are designed to target school aged children
- Relatively low coordinated workouts and intensity to suit all levels of fitness
- Aimed to increase activity levels and reducing obesity in children

- An exercise class for children aged 5 - 12 years. Children are taught the fundamentals of leading a healthy lifestyle. Regular fitness testing and encouragement given to all children.
